The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Almena, KS, with evening hours; compensation is $18–$23 per hour. Aluma Care provides evidence-based ABA services focused on making an impact in children’s lives. The technician provides one-to-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or clinics, implements BCBA-designed treatment plans, documents progress data, and works with families and team members to support client success and a safe, positive therapy environment.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics
