What you'll do

• Operate and maintain the grill station
• prepare meats, vegetables, and other grill items according to recipes and presentation standards
• cook to customer specifications and accommodate special requests and dietary needs when possible
• monitor food quality and freshness
• maintain a clean and safe work area and prevent cross-contamination
• assist with grill-station inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage
• collaborate with kitchen staff and assist in other kitchen areas as needed.
