What you'll do

• Process full-cycle payroll for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors using QuickBooks
• prepare and file quarterly and annual IRS forms
• generate financial reports, including profit-and-loss statements and expense summaries
• reconcile accounts and maintain the chart of accounts
• organize payroll and financial records
• coordinate with management and HR and respond to payroll inquiries
• support year-end closing.
