What you'll do
- Assume 24-hour responsibility and accountability for resident care

Attend daily stand-up meetings, report resident status and related matters, review 24-hour reports with nurses and supervisors as needed, oversee daily staff assignments, and participate in interviewing and hiring new candidates.

Why this role
Requires an active, unencumbered Virginia RN license and current CPR certification. Three years of long-term care experience and extensive dementia experience are required; one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
