The Concierge — Day Shift role is onsite in Mason, Ohio, with pay of $16 per hour. The position staffs the reception desk at Central Parke Memory Care and Transitional Assisted Living. The concierge welcomes visitors, assists residents and guests, manages incoming communications, and monitors resident call and exit alarm systems. The role also maintains logs and the reception area, performs clerical tasks, and promptly follows emergency procedures when assistance is needed.

What you'll do

• Staff the reception desk during assigned periods and arrange break coverage
• greet and assist visitors, residents, and guests
• maintain resident and guest registers, communication logs, and checklists
• notify staff when residents leave and monitor exits in memory care communities
• answer and direct calls and monitor fax communications
• respond to resident call and exit alarm systems and follow emergency procedures
• perform clerical duties
• maintain office supply inventory and a clean, safe reception area.
