The Registered Nurse (RN) — Home Health role is an onsite, part-time position based in Anaheim, CA, with visits in nearby patient communities; pay is $50–$140 per visit. What you'll do

• Make home health visits
• perform comprehensive assessments and document them in the agency portal
• obtain and document physician orders
• initiate and reevaluate care plans with the Clinical Team Manager
• coordinate with physicians and home-care team members
• complete recertifications, resumptions of care, transfers, and discharges as requested
• assess need for other team services
• conduct required Home Health Aide supervisory visits.

Why this role

Requires a current California RN license, BLS certification, nursing license insurance, IV/phlebotomy certification, and one year of nursing and visiting-RN home-health experience. Availability includes at least two to three days weekly, one weekend monthly, and two holidays yearly.
