What you'll do

• Develop and maintain product training curriculum and learning pathways
• create instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, video, and self-directed materials
• partner with commercial and scientific teams to keep content current
• facilitate onboarding, launches, and sales meetings
• assess learning effectiveness and improve programs
• maintain governance, version control, and quality of training materials
• support launch readiness and commercial education initiatives.
