The Micro Shelter Shift Lead role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, and works the grave shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pay is $23 per hour. The role supports consistent, respectful services through staff guidance, scheduling, communication, and incident documentation.

What you'll do

• Coordinate shift operations and communicate with the Site Manager
• implement organizational policies and guiding principles
• supervise, train, and provide feedback to staff
• create the assigned shift schedule and ensure adequate staffing
• oversee site upkeep
• conduct intakes as needed
• coordinate with other agencies
• promote resident safety
• provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
• report critical incidents and complete incident reports and daily logs.
