What you'll do

• Assist customers with rentals in person and by phone
• identify storage needs and offer solutions
• support sales of rentals, insurance, and moving supplies
• maintain offices, grounds, vacant units, and records
• perform minor maintenance and property inspections
• gather competitor rates and specials
• monitor rates and revenue factors
• handle cash, receipts, collections, payments, deposits, and auctions according to policy and law
• assist with rental truck programs at participating locations.
