What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• encourage independence and skill development based on individual care plans
• engage individuals in activities such as art, gardening, sensory play, and basic computer tasks
• document activities, behaviors, and care
• support communication and mobility goals using devices and adaptive equipment
• follow infection-control and safety protocols
• accompany individuals on outings, appointments, and community events
• collaborate with nursing and therapy staff
• maintain confidentiality.
