What you'll do

• Evaluate and diagnose retinal and vitreoretinal conditions
• determine appropriate medical or surgical intervention
• perform retinal detachment repair, macular surgery, laser procedures, intravitreal injections, and other vitreoretinal procedures
• conduct pre- and post-operative assessments
• monitor recovery and visual outcomes
• collaborate with the care team.
