What you'll do

• Obtain health histories and perform physical examinations
• diagnose conditions and counsel patients on treatment plans
• prescribe medications in accordance with Maine law and professional guidelines
• perform minor surgical procedures
• arrange referrals for services not offered at the health center
• review and follow up on laboratory, imaging, and EKG reports
• participate in outreach, peer review, quality assurance, provider and clinical meetings, and medical-behavioral health integration
• comply with infection control and applicable policies and regulations.
