Positive Support Services Specialist

The Positive Support Services Specialist works onsite in Moorhead, MN, for $22.84–$25.34 per hour. The full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. CCRI’s Positive Support Services team promotes community participation, person-centered support, and inclusion for people with disabilities. The specialist helps clients build skills and self-determination by supporting individualized behavior assessments and implementing transition or support plans. The role also contributes to service evaluation through data collection and collaboration, and trains caregivers and direct support professionals to follow recommended plans.

What you'll do

• Support preparation of individualized functional behavior assessments
• implement Positive Support Services transition and support plans
• collect data as requested and collaborate with team members to evaluate service effectiveness and improvement opportunities
• train direct support professionals, caregivers, or parents and guardians on support plans.
