What you'll do

• Implement, configure, customize, enhance, and test enterprise SaaS applications
• provide technical and administrative support, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution
• onboard and configure applications
• develop dashboards and reports
• work with AWS and Azure services
• contribute across the software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, release, and deployment
• integrate SaaS applications using APIs, identity-management technologies, data pipelines, or enterprise integration tools
• document work and communicate with stakeholders.
