What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager across store operations
• provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and rewards
• train and provide feedback to associates
• help schedule staff and approve payroll
• maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and safety
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• protect assets and complete transaction closeouts and deposits
• supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
