What you'll do

• Plan, prepare, and set up pastry production
• plate items to standards
• follow recipes and preparation standards
• use knife skills and basic pastry techniques
• measure ingredients and use kitchen equipment safely
• assess station products for quality
• hand over or break down the station at shift end
• complete cleaning and sanitation duties
• maintain reliable attendance.
