Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

What you'll do

• Create and implement nursing policies
• plan, prioritize, and assign health care tasks to clinical support staff
• manage medication schedules and communicate with the medical team
• conduct staff reviews and provide feedback
• educate and mentor staff
• communicate with patients and families
• assess, process, and discharge patients in accordance with policy and regulations
• maintain accurate patient and employee records and meet HIPAA and quality standards
• coordinate communication among patients, nursing staff, and physicians.
