The Registered Medication Aide (RMA) — Evening and Overnight Shifts role is onsite in Caroline County, VA. Pay is $19–$21.50 per hour. The role also supports and supervises care work by non-licensed team members as appropriate, helping residents receive medications and care while maintaining dignity.

What you'll do

• Follow the resident medication administration record and physician orders
• apply the six rights of medication administration and company medication-management procedures
• use the eMAR system
• communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction
• provide direct resident care
• supervise resident care work of non-licensed team members and other branch areas as appropriate.

Why this role
