The Thread Grinder Operator role is onsite in Beachwood, OH, on a 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m. shift, with pay of $20–$26 per hour. Helix Linear Technologies designs and manufactures precision motion-control systems, including ball screws and linear systems. The operator runs CNC thread-grinding equipment to produce precision ball screws to specifications. The work supports product performance and reliability through controlled machining, inspection, documentation, and safe equipment operation.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC thread grinders
• grind threads to required form, pitch, lead, and finish
• enter part data from engineering drawings
• monitor dimensions and surface quality
• inspect parts with precision tools
• adjust offsets
• document inspection and production results
• follow quality and safety procedures
• maintain an organized workstation.
