What you'll do

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily facility needs across dealership locations
• travel between sites for repairs and projects
• perform general building maintenance and basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs
• conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• troubleshoot and report complex issues
• maintain buildings, service departments, offices, employee areas, and parking areas
• assist with seasonal property maintenance and contractor preparation.
