What you'll do

• Build and oversee a regional labor-market intelligence system
• develop career-navigation infrastructure for young adults, typically ages 16–25
• coordinate employer partnerships for work-based learning
• connect young adults through professional and social networks
• design targeted recruitment and outreach strategies
• build and maintain a prospect database and recruitment funnel
• develop partnerships across employers, economic development agencies, tourism and cultural organizations, educational institutions, and municipalities
• establish outcome metrics and use data to refine programs
• assist with funding and develop sustainable financial models.
