Position : Head Bartender. Reports To : Director of Events & Event Managers. The Head Bartender position is a supervisory and operational role, overseeing the bartending staff during each event across PPHG’s historic venues. The ideal candidate must have an extensive working knowledge of cocktail recipes, products and bartending tools.
