What you'll do
- Train Applied Behavioral Support staff on behavioral and treatment plans
- conduct assessments and functional behavioral analyses
- provide individual and family therapy
- create, maintain, and supervise treatment plans with team participation
- communicate with clients, families, team members, agencies, and referral sources
- conduct clinical interventions and managed-care reviews
- complete documentation of sessions and treatment progress
- perform CPR, crisis intervention, and medication administration using agency-trained protocols.
