Project Manager – Reconstruction

The Project Manager – Reconstruction role is onsite in Yuma, AZ, with a base salary of $75,000–$80,000 per year plus performance-based incentives. The role manages insurance-driven reconstruction projects from scope and estimate through completion and invoicing. The project manager coordinates budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and customer communication to deliver quality work on time and profitably. The position also maintains relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and carrier partners throughout project delivery and closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage reconstruction projects from scope and estimate through completion and final invoicing
• prepare and review Xactimate estimates and negotiate scope and supplements
• coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and crews
• conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, progress, and code compliance
• communicate with property owners
• track costs, change orders, and budgets
• obtain permits and coordinate inspections
• maintain project documentation
• support collections and closeout.
