Maintenance Technician I

What you'll do

• Clean and restore recently vacated apartments
• maintain facility and grounds
• change bulbs and locks
• install or assist with appliance installation
• perform painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• walk vacant units to forecast repairs and completed units to create quality-control lists
• assist with trash removal and unit preparation
• check systems, appliances, and aesthetics
• assist with minor routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance maintenance as directed.
