What you'll do

• Lead enterprise programs and portfolios using Agile practices
• drive portfolio planning, governance, and cross-functional execution
• champion AI-enabled project management
• lead PI Planning, Portfolio Kanban, and Agile ceremonies
• develop executive dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and delivery metrics
• manage dependencies, risks, and resource priorities
• mentor project managers
• support Agile Center of Excellence initiatives.
