The Commercial Real Estate Development Project Manager role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year, with bonus potential. The role supports an active commercial real estate owner and developer’s portfolio of development, redevelopment, tenant improvement, and capital projects. The project manager coordinates projects from design through closeout, connecting ownership, design teams, construction partners, and other stakeholders. The role helps deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations through construction oversight, financial management, procurement, schedule control, and regular reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial development projects from design through closeout
• manage ground-up development, redevelopment, tenant buildouts, and capital improvements
• coordinate design teams, contractors, consultants, and agencies
• monitor site progress, quality, safety, risks, budgets, costs, procurement, contracts, schedules, and closeout
• report project status to leadership.
