What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, clinical capacity, and workflow efficiency across four to six practices
• analyze monthly profit-and-loss statements, production, collection ratios, and practice KPIs
• develop action plans to improve operations and EBITDA
• mentor and hold office managers accountable
• build relationships with partner dentists
• conduct on-site practice evaluations
• collaborate with talent acquisition, HR, finance, and revenue cycle teams
• provide forecasts, market analysis, and turnaround strategies to executives.
