What you'll do

• Greet prospective and incoming residents
• coordinate apartment access and move-in logistics
• provide updates on scheduled move-ins
• verify apartment readiness and cleaning
• complete final walk-throughs
• coordinate with residents and movers
• welcome residents and provide apartment and community orientation
• deliver welcome items and meals
• coordinate dining and activities during the first days after move-in.
