LPN: Sign-on Bonus & Benefits Eligible. Schedule: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (36 hours per week). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , under the guidance of the Registered Nurse, is responsible for the care and treatment of patients in the Operating Room. Regarding health information has access to demographics and limited clinical data relevant to the encounter.
