The APEX Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is an onsite role based in Annapolis, MD. The base salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, and the role supports the clinical operations team. This role is part of an accelerated training program for clinical research professionals. The CRA will gain foundational experience in project support, site initiation, and site-facing monitoring activities, working closely with experienced CRAs to build expertise in clinical trial management.

What you'll do

• Perform billable project tasks to support CRAs and Clinical Operations Leads.
• Gain exposure to CTMS, EDC, and TMF platforms.
• Accompany CRAs on site visits for observational and co-monitoring support.
• Address and resolve site issues.
• Manage site quality and delivery from identification through close-out.
