The Facilities Lead is an onsite role based in Highwood, IL. , though the role supports the Wisconsin Distribution Center's mission to maintain world-class facilities. This role exists to oversee facility operations, including preventative maintenance, budgeting, and project management for a large-scale workspace. The lead ensures that all building systems, landscaping, and janitorial services meet company standards while coordinating emergency repairs and construction projects.

What you'll do

• Lead facility operations for assigned building
• plan preventative maintenance, budgets, and capital expenses
• schedule and perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects
• ensure landscaping, janitorial, and security services meet standards
• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• assist with construction project management
• record maintenance activities and prepare reports.
