The role is accountable for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and for developing the team and operating practices that connect partner investment to measurable growth.

What you'll do

• Own the Partner Fusion marketing strategy and partner-type playbooks
• refine partner segmentation, tiering, co-investment, and planning
• build annual and quarterly plans
• drive demand through system integrators and resellers
• develop partner enablement and recruitment marketing
• bring joint solutions to market with technology partners
• lead strategic partner co-marketing and joint go-to-market planning
• align partner programs with demand generation and events
• govern marketing development funds and co-marketing investment
• define performance, attribution, and reporting standards
• and build and lead the global partner marketing team.
