The Director of Distribution & Operations role is an onsite position located in Riegelsville, PA. The compensation is $260,000 to $350,000 per year, and this role supports the distribution operations of Uline, a leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials. This role exists to provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, driving operational excellence and developing high-performing teams. The Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coaching managers, and implementing data-driven improvements to ensure exceptional service and accuracy.

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations, coach and develop warehouse managers, drive operational excellence, and investigate operational challenges.
