What you'll do

• Assist with approximately 600 school lunches daily
• prepare ingredients and meals according to recipes and nutritional guidelines
• produce baked goods
• support catering preparation, setup, service, and cleanup
• maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness
• operate equipment
• receive and store deliveries
• assist with inventory and product rotation
• participate in AmeriCorps training and service projects.
