RHTP Workforce Data Analyst

The analyst develops and maintains data systems, integrates and evaluates workforce-project information, and translates findings into reports and visualizations that inform program implementation, grant reporting, and workforce strategy.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain data collection, tracking, reporting, and visualization systems
• collect, validate, analyze, and integrate workforce data
• support common definitions, measures, reporting standards, and data-quality processes
• prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations
• support grant reporting and program evaluation
• coordinate with project staff, grantees, vendors, and partners
• maintain documentation and follow confidentiality and records-management requirements.
