Licensed Therapist – Residential Substance Use Treatment

The Licensed Therapist role is onsite in Ephrata, PA, with Keystone Retreat Behavioral Health’s residential substance use treatment team. Pay is $75,000–$85,000 per year. Keystone Retreat is hiring clinicians to support recovery and client-centered care. The therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy and supports each client’s treatment through assessment, planning, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and discharge planning. The role contributes to coordinated residential care through timely documentation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing
• conduct assessments
• develop individualized treatment plans
• facilitate psychoeducational groups
• complete timely EMR documentation
• provide crisis intervention
• support discharge planning
• collaborate with the clinical team.
