What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Security Command Centers in Newark and Moorestown, NJ.
• Supervise staff, including recruitment, training, performance assessment, and work assignments.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair for access control and CCTV systems.
• Assist in planning security operations to safeguard premises against various risks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NERC CIP and other relevant standards.
• Monitor live video to ensure operator alertness and attentiveness.
