What you'll do

• Process and pay invoices
• resolve material, pricing, freight, and sales tax issues with buyers, departments, and vendors
• assist with accounts receivable issues
• generate invoices in the ERP system
• review employee expenses
• assist with purchasing and travel credit card administration
• maintain accounting records, sub-ledgers, reconciliations, and schedules
• prepare reports and journal entries
• communicate accounting policies
• assist with year-end 1099 forms and audits.
