What you'll do

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners
• carry out security procedures and site-specific policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to campus protocols
• conduct routine and random patrols of buildings, residence areas, grounds, parking locations, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and support authorized entry
• document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and communications.
