What you'll do

• Provide instructional leadership and support academic performance
• develop data-driven professional learning calendars
• collect and use growth data
• ensure implementation of the academic model and alignment with standards
• conduct classroom visits and coaching
• manage staff evaluation, retention, coaching, and development
• support classroom transitions and staff recruitment
• promote school culture and consistent expectations
• collaborate on student development
• communicate with families.
