What you'll do

• Perform custodial work in common areas
• assist with grounds work
• inspect units, buildings, and common areas and perform light repairs as permitted
• maintain secure storage areas and entrances
• assist with apartment make-readies
• replace specified fixtures and materials
• paint
• may perform snow removal, which may involve on-call duties and overtime
• be willing to provide emergency services as needed.
