What you'll do

• Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support, companionship, reassurance, redirection, and familiar routines
• assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, fall prevention, meals, hydration, light housekeeping, and laundry
• provide medication reminders as permitted by the care plan
• observe and report changes
• communicate with the family and agency team
• and travel domestically and internationally with the client and family.
