What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs
• conduct preventive maintenance and respond to service requests
• maintain grounds, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
• troubleshoot issues and recommend long-term solutions
• follow safety procedures and keep work areas organized
• collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and management.
