The Domestic Violence Advocate, 1st Shift works onsite in Tinley Park, IL. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Answer the 24-hour crisis hotline and provide emotional support and referrals
• complete intakes and shelter documentation
• conduct client check-ins and shelter tours
• facilitate group sessions and provide domestic violence education
• coordinate referrals
• support shelter operations, meals, cleanliness, and safety
• maintain records and communicate with agency partners
• transport clients or conduct agency business as needed.
