What you'll do

• Communicate with the supervisor throughout the shift
• set up meeting rooms to guest specifications, transporting staging, tables, chairs, and dance floors
• supply rooms with clean glasses and fresh water
• break down completed meetings and return items to storage
• set up and tear down beach weddings
• maintain cleaning schedules for meeting rooms and ballrooms
• assist coworkers as needed. The role involves continuous physical activity and moving heavy items.
