The manager coordinates fundraising projects and donor engagement, from prospect research and meeting preparation to proposals, due diligence, and stewardship. The role helps the Partnerships and Communications team build donor relationships and secure resources for program activities.

What you'll do

• Manage donor prospect research and briefings
• coordinate donor deliverables including concept notes, proposals, pitches, and due diligence
• recommend and implement cultivation strategies
• manage stewardship activities
• prepare leaders and colleagues for donor events and conferences
• implement project and knowledge management processes
• integrate DEI considerations into business development
• maintain Salesforce prospect and pipeline data and revenue projections
• follow and improve partner-vetting and proposal-development procedures.
