What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates
• oversee receiving, sorting, inspection, storage, fulfillment, and shipping
• ensure inspection and regulatory compliance
• schedule staff and recommend or approve overtime as needed
• operate warehouse equipment
• train staff on procedures and safe equipment use
• resolve employee, vendor, and carrier issues
• maintain a clean and safe facility
• load and unload trucks
• track productivity and accuracy
• and manage attendance and timecard records.
