Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for assigned accounts
• respond to customer inquiries
• provide product and technical information and recommendations
• enter orders and prepare quotations
• check product availability and inventory
• process order changes, expedites, and returns
• coordinate with outside sales and suppliers
• use customer and supplier portals and NetSuite
• manage multiple requests and follow up accurately.
