What you'll do

• Welcome clients and explain service steps
• confirm appointment or walk-in status and preliminary eligibility
• enter or verify client and appointment information
• review required documents using approved checklists
• support completion of IRS intake and interview forms
• identify missing information and refer tax-law questions to certified staff
• confirm required consents and signatures
• organize and route documents and clients
• maintain status records and protect taxpayer privacy
• assist with administrative and site support as assigned.
